  • Our associated private practice was one of the first in the area, is one of the largest in the county, and has been here for over 30 years

  • Our lead PI has been participating in clinical research for over 22 years and all of that time has been here, at this site
  • We have a movement disorder specialist who acts as a rater on studies involving movement, gait, and neuromuscular disorders
  • Raters for our memory-related studies are neuropsychologists (PsyD and PhD) who work exclusively in memory care with over 30 years combined experience in community health and private practice
  • Our study coordinators are all full-time and certified through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP)
  • We have a full-time regulatory coordinator who is certified through ACRP
  • Our director of clinical research has over 12 years of clinical research experience and has worked on the site and sponsor sides of the industry in several therapeutic areas and is dually certified through ACRP
  • All staff are trained on and hold current certificates for ICH/GCP and IATA
  • We have access to registered nurses who assist on our studies

Facility

  • All of our exam rooms are fully equipped
  • We have an on-site infusion suite, sleep lab, physical therapy department, and Phase I unit
  • Our IP room is secure and double-locked with a separate temperature control system and generator back-up
  • Monitors enjoy a dedicated monitoring area equipped with its own copier, printer, scanner, and wifi/wired internet
  • We have a private testing room where we consent participants as well as administer the various scales and questionnaires
  • We work with an extensive network of investigators in other specialties such as cardiology, ophthalmology, dermatology, pulmonology, etc.
  • We have a long-time collaborating imaging center with MRI, CT, PET, X-ray, and ultrasound capabilities within 1.5 miles of the office.

Equipment

  • All equipment is calibrated at least annually
  • We have an on-site, CLIA-waived lab and access to 3 full local laboratories
  • We have our own ECG machine, refrigerated centrifuge, and -70 and -20 freezers
  • All temperature zones for samples and IP (ambient, refrigerator, and freezer) are monitored 24/7 with excursion alerts
